Brian, responded very quicky, very professional and friendly. Definitely has a ton of knowledge. During our last freeze our 8yr old filter cracked. We were awaiting a few months to buy a new one. We were expecting to pay over $3,000. This company went above and beyond. We spent less then expected and our previous pool company charged a ridiculous price for monthly cleaning. Brian not only replaced our filter but checked our pool and we are on board spending a 100 less with vip then 400 a month not included chemicals. All inclusive also he fixed our robot at no charge.
